Add a small amount (20-30 ml) of warm water (about 80°C/176°F) and whisk vigorously in a M-shaped motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and smooth. Once dissolved, add 100-150 ml of cold water or a milk of your choice in the bowl. Whisk again gently to blend and poor the mixture over a glass of ice. Enjoy your perfectly smooth and refreshing cold whisked matcha!

Hot Whisked Matcha Latte

Start by sifting 1-2 scoops of GAIA’s organic ceremonial grade matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps. Heat water to 80°C (176°F) and add 60-70 ml to the bowl. Whisk vigorously in an M-shaped motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and a thick, creamy layer of foam forms on top. Meanwhile, heat and froth your milk of choice to your desired consistency. Pour the milk into a glass and gently add the matcha for a beautifully smooth and perfectly balanced matcha latte. Enjoy!
